À propos du agneau

Suivi via le prix de référence hebdomadaire officiel de l'UE pour le « Heavy Lamb » (agneau lourd). L'UE, l'Australie, la Nouvelle-Zélande et le Royaume-Uni sont les plus grands producteurs et exportateurs, l'Océanie dominant le commerce mondial car la consommation intérieure de l'UE/du Royaume-Uni provient surtout de troupeaux nationaux. Les prix dépendent des coûts d'alimentation et de pâturage, des cycles saisonniers d'agnelage et de la demande autour des fêtes religieuses (Pâques, l'Aïd al-Adha), qui provoquent de fortes hausses saisonnières.
