Lamb Price
Price Chart
EU options are the European Commission's own weekly reference prices; "European Union" is the Commission's own published EU-wide average, not a figure computed by agri.markets. Currency conversion uses monthly ECB reference rates since 1999 (some currencies joined later) — for comparison, not precise historical FX accounting.

About Lamb
Tracked via the EU's official weekly 'Heavy Lamb' reference price. The EU, Australia, New Zealand and the UK are the largest producers and exporters, with Oceania dominating global trade since domestic EU/UK consumption mostly comes from domestic flocks. Prices are driven by feed and pasture costs, seasonal lambing cycles, and demand around religious holidays (Easter, Eid al-Adha) that create sharp seasonal price spikes.
