Der hier gezeigte Preis ist die IMF-Referenzreihe (französische Einzelhandelspreise, verwendet als internationale Standardreferenz, da es für Tomaten keinen bedeutenden Terminmarkt gibt) - eine verbrauchernahe Zahl, anders als die meisten übrigen hier erfassten Erzeugerpreise.
