À propos du avoine

Cultivée pour l'alimentation humaine (flocons d'avoine, porridge, lait d'avoine) et l'alimentation animale, notamment pour les chevaux. La Russie, le Canada et la Pologne sont les plus grands producteurs, le Canada étant l'exportateur dominant — l'essor du lait d'avoine comme alternative laitière a créé une nouvelle source de demande, en plus des marchés traditionnels des céréales du petit-déjeuner et du fourrage.
