Tracked here via the EU Commission’s weekly reference price for whole milk powder (WMP) - milk with almost all its water removed, which keeps far longer and ships far more cheaply than fresh milk, making it one of the main forms in which dairy actually gets traded internationally (New Zealand and the EU are the largest exporters). Skimmed milk powder (SMP) is the other major traded form; WMP was picked here as the closer match to what "milk powder" means in everyday use.
