About DAP (Diammonium Phosphate)

The world benchmark phosphate fertilizer, supplying both phosphorus and some nitrogen. Morocco (holding the largest global phosphate rock reserves), the US, China and Russia dominate production. Unlike nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate supply is geologically concentrated in a handful of countries, which makes DAP prices more sensitive to export policy than to any single input cost.

Nutrient content: 18-46-0 (N-P-K) — standard commercial grade.

Latest World price (2026-07): +20% vs. the 5-year average, +55% vs. the 10-year average, +6% vs. a year ago.
